Job Summary
Centre Electric & Technology is currently seeking a motivated and reliable Service Coordinator to join our growing Security Division. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the Security Industry in a dynamic and safety-focused environment.
As a Service Coordinator, you will assist with the Following:
- This position is full-time with the requirement of working a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Standard reception tasks (Answering phones, receiving, data entry).
- Providing support to the Security team in administrative and operational tasks.
- Effectively overseeing and maintaining the security email inbox, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Generating work orders through our accounting software system.
- Preparing and issuing invoices for Security services.
- Monitoring and reviewing open work orders, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Assisting with job billings.
- Assistance with day-to-day operations and covering vacation Leaves.
- Documentation creation
- Parts ordering, receiving and tracking
- Light duty tasks as required.
The expectations and level of work at this hourly rate requires a solid working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Also, Accounting and Security experience is an asset but not required. This individual should be able to take minor directions and work independently with limited supervision.
Requirements
- Experience: MS Office, Sage
- Problem-Solving: Willingness to learn how to identify and resolve simple billing issues
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions accurately and complete tasks with care and precision.
- Teamwork: Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with coworkers.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to take direction and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
